Refund policy
At Biofuse, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
Return Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping cost (unless product is defective)
